In PortAventura it is possible to study while you work because we provide our employees with a wide variety of training options so that they may receive training within the company.
One of the most noteworthy of these training programmes is PortAventura University: a pioneering programme in Europe that will allow you to realise Specialisation Courses or Technical Modules.
With e-learning or attendance in person, you will be able to study while you work and obtain a title recognised by the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV).
In the technical modules you will learn languages (English, French, Spanish, and Catalan), office computer programmes, and take part in skill workshops that will make it possible for you to improve and increase your skills and knowledge.
We offer three specialisation courses: restaurant catering, hotel hosting, and theme and leisure park operation.
