PortAventura today and tomorrow
PortAventura, the destination for family, business, and residential tourism in Europe, was created in 1995 as a theme park. However, it has continually grown since its inception until it has become what it is today: a leading theme park in Spain with over 4 million visitors per year.
We have gone from being a theme park to a resort over the course of these years, with three four-star hotels, a Beach Club, and two theme parks, one of them aquatic.
We are continuing with our expansion strategy, which includes the inauguration of three golf courses, a convention centre and a new four-star hotel, making PortAventura into a reference point on an international level.
