At PortAventura Park we are all ready to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Cash Dispenser Machines (ATMs)
At PortAventura you can pay in cash or with a credit card. You will find cash dispensers at the entrance to the park and next to almost all of the toilets.
Currency Exchange
This service is available at the Customer Service Office, at the entrance to the park.
Information
If you are looking for information, you will find it at the Visitor Service Office in the Mediterrània area (next to the entrance), in Polynesia (facing the Kontic Wave attraction) and in the Far West (at the Penitence School, next to Stampida).
Meeting Point
Our Meeting Point is at the Far West School.
Public Telephones
You will find public telephones in the five theme areas, at the entrance to almost all of the toilets.
Left Luggage Office
To leave your luggage at the left-luggage office, go to our offices, next to the Group Tickets Office in the Parking area. Or you can leave it next to the Customer Service Office, inside the park.
Lost and Found
If you lose any personal belongings, ask at the Lost and Found Office. You will find it at the Visitor Service Office, next to the entrance to the park.
Toilets
There are toilets in each theme area. Almost all of them also have an ATM, a public telephone and a nappy changer.
First Aid
PortAventura Park has a first aid medical service in the Mexico area, close to Yucatan, next to the Maya Pyramid.
Wheelchair Hire
The wheelchair hire service for children and people with disability is in the Mediterrània area. Special rates for people with disability.
Pet Care Centre
All pets, except guide dogs, are to wait at the pet care centre, which is next to the parking area. Don’t forget to bring your pet's health certificate.
