• What is PortAventura Park?

  PortAventura Park is a theme park with 5 different themed areas: China, Polynesia, Mexico, Far West and the Mediterranean . See the Resort.
  

• How many rides, shows and restaurants are there?

  In PortAventura Park, there are over 30 rides, up to 100 shows a day and 75 different food and drink points including many restaurants and bars.

• How much does a ticket for PortAventura cost?

  Price rates vary, depending on the season. Go to the calendar and rates. Once you are in the park all the rides and shows are included.

• Is the park open all year round?

  PortAventura Park is open from 27/03/2009 until 06/01/2010. Starting November, we open on weekends and bank holidays. See the calendar.

• Am I allowed to bring my pet?

  Yes, of course. Your pet can stay at the Pet Care Centre because pets are not allowed inside the park (only guide dogs may enter). The Pet Care Centre is very close to the entrance to PortAventura Park. Do not forget to bring your pet’s vaccination certificate. The cost of this service is €4 per animal per day.

• Are there special rates for groups?

  Yes, we have special rates for groups. Be sure to book first, by dialling 902 20 22 20 if you are in Spain or +34 977 77 90 90 if you are calling from another country.

Caribe Aquatic Park

• How much does a ticket to Caribe Aquatic Park cost?

  Prices vary, depending on the season. Go to the calendar and rates.

• Is Caribe Aquatic Park open all year round?
  

  Caribe Aquatic Park is open from 23/05/2009 to 13/09/2009.

• Am I allowed to bring my pet?

• What is the Beach Club?

  The Beach Club is an exclusive relaxation and leisure area with 7 different aquatic areas and direct access to the beach.

• Who can go to the Beach Club?

  The Beach Club is reserved for guests staying at hotels PortAventura and Caribe.

Lumine Restaurant

• Is Lumine Restaurant open to everyone?

  Unlike the Beach Club, Lumine Restaurant is open to anyone who would like to taste its delicious signature cuisine.

• How can I find out whether rooms are available at PortAventura hotels?

  There are two ways to find out whether rooms are available at our hotels and to make your reservation. You can:
  
  Click on the “Book a hotel” button. We will confirm your reservation immediately. Dial 902 20 20 41, if you are calling from Spain, or al +34 977 77 90 90 if you are calling from another country.
  

• Does the Website allow me to book the special rooms at Club San Juan and Club Woody & Friends?
  

  Yes, of course. You only have to select the room of your choice from the "Type of Room" menu.

• Are there special rates for groups?

  Yes, we have special group rates for our hotels.

• What time can we check in to our room?

  Room CHECK IN TIME is at 3 pm (although the rooms will not be ready until 3 pm, you can come to the hotel in the morning and leave your luggage in the baggage-room and go of to enjoy the park as soon as it opens in the morning).

• What time do we have to leave the rooms the day of departure?

  Room CHECK OUT TIME is at 11 am (you can also leave your luggage in the baggage-room and continue to enjoy the park for the rest of the day until it closes)

• Can we reserve parking in the hotel? And at what price?

  We do not reserve parking places, it is according to availability on arrival The HOTEL PARKING is Free of charge.

• Parking at PortAventura

  There is parking at PortAventura Park, the cost is €7 per day.
  

• Disabled Facilities

  All areas of the theme park are accessible with a wheel chair. There is a wheelchair hire service at the park entrance.

• Express Pass

  In high season and during public holidays, the theme park is a lot busier and for some of the rides, you may have to queue. To beat the queues, an express pass is available at the park entrance giving you priority access to the main attractions. Please ask at the gate for more information.
